Meet & Greet Services - Arrival
You will be met at the aircraft or the arrival gate, pending aircraft parking position, and escorted through the airport to the luggage area where you will be met by our porter who will assist with the luggage. You will be accompanied by our agent during the entire process (excluding immigration control). This will guarantee the fastest possible passage through the airport upon your landing at ZAG.
Meet & Greet Services- Departures
You will be greeted by our agent at the entrance to the Departures area of the passenger terminal, Level 2 and assisted to the airline’s check in counter. If you booked ZAG meeting and conference venue you will be accompanied at that point of your airport journey.
In case you booked ZAG meeting and conference venue, when your aircraft is ready for boarding, our agent will return to the meeting and conference venue and escort you to your ZAG departure gate.
Regardless of your choice of ZAG Meet and Greet Departure services, you will be accompanied by our agent and expedited through all the security checkpoints (excluding Immigration and Customs clearance) all the way to your boarding gate or the aircraft
