How is parking organized at Franjo Tuđman Airport?
Parking is available at the Kiss & Fly area, Public, Arrival Pick-up & Premium, as well as Coaches & Shuttles airport car parks.
The following payment options are available: designated automatic Car park payment cashiers (“Payon-Foot Cashiers”) or the car park exit ramps credit card payment options. The Pay-on-Foot Car park Cashiers accept cash (banknotes of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 EUR and coins of 50 cent, 1 and 2 EUR) or credit cards (Diners, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, VISA). Payon-Foot car park cashiers are located at the Public Car Park, Arrival Meet & Greet Area and by the elevator of the Kiss & Fly Zone.
Cashless alternatives are available at the car park exit ramp devices allowing you an easy and secure credit card car park payment option thus eliminating time-consuming cash management. Diners, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard or Visa credit cards are welcome.
Please note that in case of payment for usage of the Car Park by credit card, depending on the authorization requirements of the card issuer, sometimes, you may be asked for your PIN authorization. Invoice R-1 is issued only by identifying yourself and showing your car parking ticket at the Car Park Services front desk located on the Ground Floor Level and by stating it in advance and ONLY when payment is done at the Car Park Services front desk. Retroactive issuance of Invoice R1 is NOT POSSIBLE.

Can I book my parking space at the Public car park?
No, you can not.
Can I book a parking space for electric cars and plug-in hybrids?
No, you can not. But you are welcome to use any of our Public car park lots.
Are there any electric car charging stations at the Airport?

Can I book a parking space for people with reduced mobility?
No, you can not. The reason for this is that we have a limited number of parking spaces for people with reduced mobility in car parks.
If I, person with reduced mobility, park in regular parking space, do I get any discount when payment system automatically debits the cost on my card?
Unfortunately, you cannot get a discounted price associated with your permit when paying on this car park.
Can I pay more than one parking space during the same period with the same debit/credit card?
Yes, you may. Payment for parking must be made using a valid credit card.. We gladly accept: American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Maestro Plus, MasterCard and VISA cards.
Can I pay parking using a card with a digital signature (for secure on-line payment)?
No, you may not yet. We are working on it.
I have a fuel card linked to Visa/MasterCard. Can I use it to pay for parking?
No, you may not yet. We are working on it.
What services of public transportation are organized between Franjo Tuđman Airport and Zagreb city?
The scheduled bus shuttle "Pleso prijevoz" is operating in both directions between the Main Bus Station in Zagreb and Franjo Tuđman Airport. This shuttle service operates in scheduled intervals by 22.30 o'clock each day. Moreover, it is organized in such a way that it follows the arrivals/departures of all scheduled air traffic.
